<aside> ⚠️ The Terms & Conditions published herein will govern the participation of all Alchemists in the Alchemist Program. All Alchemists by participating in the Program, agree to be governed by and follow the Terms and Conditions herein. Covalent reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions for any reason.

<aside> ⚠️ While we intend to feature Alchemists and their work, the Ambassadors grant Covalent an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, and exclusive license to use any content that they create to be used by Covalent in any way, including without attribution. The Alchemists waive moral rights so that Covalent may re-use parts or all of the content in combination with other content*.* Other than the license that the Ambassador grants to Covalent to any content created under this Program, each party's IP remains that party IP and no other implicit or explicit rights to the other parties rights exist or are granted under this Program. Nothing about this Program transfers any right to Covalent's IP to the Ambassadors.

<aside> ⚠️ To the extent that any work is performed and any contractual relationship exists, the relationship shall be at most that of an independent contractor and with any reward considered as full and reasonable compensation for the work for hire performed. Any existing relationship ends when the Program ends unless both parties agree otherwise.

<aside> ⚠️ The Alchemists acknowledge that they are not agents or representatives of Covalent such that they can bind Covalent to any agreement. As with anyone in our community, not just Alchemist, if you would like to talk to us about anything outside the scope of this Program, please do! We are always delighted to have win-win conversations!

<aside> ⚠️ Rewards for Alchemists are provided at the sole discretion of Covalent and are published by "season". Rewards may change between seasons, and Covalent reserves the right to adjust the rewards mid-season and will do so transparently if it does. Alchemists, by participation, acknowledge that CQT is solely intended for use in the Covalent Network, which the Alchemists are contributing towards the success of by participation in this Program.

<aside> ⚠️ Alchemists agree to keep confidential all information about this program and Covalent Network that is not publicly disclosed, including the details of the rewards incentives.

<aside> ⚠️ Covalent reserves the right to remove an Alchemist at any time without question for violating the terms of the agreement.

Terms & Conditions of Participation in the Alchemist Ambassador Program

⚠️ Conduct yourself professionally and in the spirit of Covalent at all times.

⚠️ Please use professional language and good manners when engaging with the community and the team.

⚠️ Failure to conduct yourself honestly, respectfully, and patiently will result in immediate dismissal.

⚠️ Never ask the community for funds or solicit yourself or services "quid pro quo", abusing your power as an Alchemist Ambassador.

⚠️ No soliciting or shilling other products or services please.

⚠️ No discussion of CQT token price targets with the team, please, beyond what is publicly disclosed by the team (if any). No soliciting for any insider information for your advantage.

⚠️ No colluding with the team, other Alchemists, or community members.

⚠️ If an Alchemist is inactive for a period of 2 weeks without informing the team, they will be demoted or removed from the program.

⚠️ Rewards are subject to change, including after initial balancing and feedback from the community. We commit to being transparent about any changes.

⚠️ Any other rules which the community sees fit to govern the program will be taken into consideration, and any rules that are adopted will be published here and implemented and enforced accordingly.
