Here is the workflow for contributors, who would like to contribute to content creation for our library

For submitting a content creation request

Step 1: Deans will create a list of topics that can act as reference points for contributors to start contributing to. The reference topics can be found here.

Step 2: There would be a Contributor Typeform with the following mandatory fields to be filled:

Step 3: Once the Typeform is submitted, the alchemist can reach out to the Dean-In-Charge to discuss their content idea with them, and once approved by the Dean-In-Charge, content development can start.

Quality check during/after content creation

Step 1: Submit your work using the TypeForm here.

Step 2: Deans will review the content that is created and only upon sign-off, the content would be approved for publishing on YouTube/Medium/Notion(TBD).

Step 3: Rewards would be distributed only for quality content. In case the deans have any feedback on the content, the alchemists would be required to incorporate the feedback before final submission.

Step 4: Deans need to decide a turnaround time for reviewing the submissions and a workflow for this.

Step 5: Reward distribution could take up to 30 days of turnaround time.
